10 years? What?!
It was a wintry January 25 when the Bear and I started a list of all the places we wanted to go and things we wanted to see in Rhode Island.
These last ten years have seen a lot of changes for I {heart} Rhody. The Bear has grown up and has moved out on his own. I've gained three grandchildren and a son-in-law. One daughter and her children have moved in-state. I've moved house twice.
2020 will mark my third presidential election since we moved here. I've met three Providence mayors, a few Council members, historians, artists, restaurateurs, makers, students, teachers, writers, doers, thinkers, drinkers, and curators.
Posting frequency has ebbed and flowed, but my enthusiasm for Rhode Island is as strong as ever. Exploring our new home state is as fun as ever, and I look forward to another ten and more years of {heart}-ing Rhody!
