1. Tell us about your work
i paint abstract landscapes (with varying degrees of realism)

2. Is there a story behind the name of your business?
I was born with it

3. How did you come to be a professional artist/crafter/designer?
I've always been a painter/artist since soon after I was born
I spent 40 years as an art director/graphic designer
Around 15-20 years ago the business started to drastically change
So i turned my attention to fine art

4. Where do you draw your inspiration?
everything around me, especially while driving in rural areas

5. What’s your favorite item to create?
A painting of a row of trees behind a field I pass by every Thursday on the way to teach a painting class

6. What’s your best seller?
The aforementioned treescape, plus a minimalist group of sailboats

7. How long have you been in Rhode Island?
since 1960

8. What do you {heart} about Rhode Island?
everything is close by and uniquely interesting

9. Favorite place to take out-of-towners?
Flo's Clam Shack
