Providence named one of Travel + Leisure's most underrated cities

Travel website Travel + Leisure named Providence as #8 in its list of top 10 underrated cities.

From the site:

"A renewed waterfront, vibrant arts scene, and sophisticated dining have turned this small college town into New England's most exciting city."

So glad T+L figured out what we already knew.
